Refund Period

Normal Business Hours

• Please note that our processing time may vary from our regular working hours as stated above.
• During the Ramadan and Hari Raya Korban seasons, we will require 7 to 14 working days to process refunds.
• Any payments made through Credit and Debit Cards will incur an Administrative Fee of 2%.
• No refunds will be processed after the sacrificial rites are completed.
